Which is why I created Rooted and Rising, a 12-week container for both somatic and relational healing that will walk you step-by-step through the phases of recovery from betrayal trauma.

This program is a 12-week group coaching experience for betrayed partners who are ready to reclaim safety in their body, clarity in their mind, and connection in their relationships.

Through trauma-informed education, somatic mindfulness, and relational repair, you’ll learn to navigate the chaos, calm your inner parts and find your footing—one breath, one boundary, one moment at a time.

You’re not crazy. You’re not broken.

But too many of us feel this way when we try to heal alone.

Experiencing betrayal trauma can look and feel like:

  • Feeling hijacked by anxiety, numbness, panic, and obsessive thoughts

  • Intrusive images or “mental movies”

  • New and distressing associations that remind you of the betrayal

  • Swinging between self-blame/shame and anger/rage

  • Losing trust not only in others—but in yourself

  • Desperately wanting to understand what happened and how to fix it

  • Getting “taken out” by triggers even on good days

  • Core wound activations

  • Attachment confusion (wanting both closeness and distance)

  • Nightmares, vivid dreams and sleep disturbances

  • Physical aches, pains and fatigue

Program Structure

Each week includes:

  • A 90-minute live group session (on Zoom)

  • A somatic + educational theme focused on healing betrayal trauma

  • Relationally and experientially-oriented breakout rooms (optional)

  • Take-home practices to support application and integration

  • A downloadable Participant Pack with journaling prompts, body-based exercises, ‘emergency moments’ guidance and more

Healing betrayal trauma isn’t linear, but it doesn’t have to be confusing.

Three phases of our approach: Stabilization, Processing and Integration.

Using a grounding, supportive and trauma-centered approach means things like capacity, stability, resourcing and regulation are at the center of our work together.
