Attachment-Focused Couple’s Work
The ability to create and maintain deep meaningful connections is vital to our well being.
Our aim as practitioners is to support each individual in the relationship to attach securely and safely to others in order to experience deep, fulfilling and meaningful connections.
Those who can securely attach to others experience improved mental health, an improved ability to regulate and co-regulate their emotions and the emotions of others and an improved ability to manage conflict in ways that leads to more intimacy and stronger connections.
What we offer is a blend of individual and couple’s sessions, where each individual will work with their own coach and come together for couple’s sessions with both coaches present to support both individual and relational healing and growth.
Together, as a team, we will co-create a schedule to find the appropriate balance between individual and couple sessions, adjusting as needed as we go along and healing begins to happen.
Our pillars
Embodied
Our couple’s work rests on a foundation of somatic mindfulness that supports both partners in tracking, attuning to and regulating their bodies both in and outside of session to help build safety, security and presence within the relationship.
ATtachment-Focused
We use attachment theory and the science of building secure bonds to support couples in achieving the sense of safety, connection and authenticity they are hoping to experience in their relationship, while maintaining healthy connections to themselves and others outside the partnership as well.
Trauma-informed
We work through a trauma-informed lens, understanding that, often, developmental, complex or relational trauma may be driving some of a couple’s inability to feel safe and secure with one another and that this must be held with respect, care and curiosity as we move through the coaching process together.

Our joy lies in helping couples from all walks of life to create lasting and meaningful connections with one another, rooted safety, security and growth.
Seeking coaching can be a vulnerable process, compounded by the challenges faced by individuals with marginalized identities. As coaches, we do our best to be as affirming, inclusive and culturally responsive as possible, while recognizing our limitations as professionals.
At this time, we are not able to adequately support the unique needs of couples in polyamorous relationships but can support the needs of BIPOC (including mixed or bi-racial/ethnic and white-passing), LGBTQ, neurodivergent, chronically ill and/or disabled persons.
