3 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp ground sage 

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 lemon, sliced thinly 

Preheat oven to 425. Mix all spices, butter and garlic together. Place chicken in a baking dish and pat dry with a paper towel. Rub spice blend into chicken skin and underneath the skin. Put remainder into the cavity along with a couple lemon slices. Place lemon slices on top of chicken as well. Bake for 15 minutes at 425, then lower temp to 350 and bake for another 40 minutes. Take out of over and cover to let stand for another 20 minutes. Serve.
