3 eggs

2 tbsp Almond milk

6 oz. dark chocolate (I used Enjoy Life dark chocolate morsels) 

1 cup blanched almond flour 

3/4 cup Kerrygold butter

1 tsp vanilla extract 

3/4 cup coconut sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt 

Preheat oven to 350 and grease 9x9 pan with coconut oil or butter. In a small sauce pan, combine butter and chocolate and slowly melt over a very low heat. Be careful not to turn up heat too high or it will burn. Once melted, add in coconut sugar and vanilla. Stir through and set aside to cool off a bit. In a small mixing bowl, add almond flour, eggs, baking powder and salt and combine thoroughly. Once mixed, begin to slowly pour in a mix chocolate until batter forms. Pour into baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes. Check at 30 and go from there.
