1 cup smooth almond butter 

1/2 cup gluten-free oats

2 tbsp. coconut oil - solid not melted 

1 scoop collagen peptides OR grass-fed whey protein (I recommend Wild Foods Vanilla Whey)

1/4 cup Enjoy Life mini-chips 

2 tbsp. chia seeds 

2 tbsp. flax meal or seeds

1-2 tbsp. raw honey (depending on how sweet you like them)

1 tsp. vanilla extract 

Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Roll into bite sized balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Enjoy! 

*If you can't tolerate gluten-free oats, try substituting with 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes or simply omitting them!
