2 cans Organic Tomato Sauce (14 oz - I used Muir Glen) 

1 can full fat coconut milk (look for one without guar gum if possible) 

2 cups chicken bone broth

2-3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 white onion, diced

Salt and Pepper, to taste 

In a small skillet, saute onion and garlic until translucent. Do not let them caramelize. In a medium sauce pan, add tomato sauce and broth and mix. Using a high speed blender, add coconut milk, onion and garlic and puree until liquefied. Add blender mixture to pan mixture and salt and pepper to liking. Let simmer for 10 minutes to blend the flavors. Enjoy hot!
