1 package of Cappellos Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
1/2 cup Enjoy Life, Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp. coconut oil
Pre-line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut cookie dough into even slices and roll each into a bite-sized ball. In a small saucepan or double broiler, melt chocolate and coconut oil over a very low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat once melted. Dip each end of the cookie dough bite and place on baking sheet. When all have been dipped, place cookie sheet in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
