2 cups mango-orange juice - or any other fruit juice (avoid pineapple as the enzymes will not allow gelatin to set) 

1/2 cup gelatin - I used Great Lakes Brand 

1/4 cup honey 

Melt honey before hand and have all ingredients ready to go. In a small saucepan, heat up juice and honey to a high simmer. Slowly (and I mean SLOWLY) start to sprinkle in gelatin, while stirring it into juice to dissolve. It will clump if you pour too quickly. Once all gelatin is mixed in, pour mixture into an 8x8 baking dish or silicon molds of your choice. Stick in fridge for 2 hours or freezer for 30 minutes. Enjoy! 

Note: These will not taste like a gummy bear from the store. They are free of artificial colors and flavors, so they will probably taste a little different than you are used to!
